However, we understand that sometimes, things out of our control may happen so, if you wish to return your jewelry for any reason other than a malfunction, it must be done within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Item must be sealed in it’s original package. You, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds and as such, we will be providing a store credit for future purchases.
